Responsible for patient safety with primary responsibilities related to support of the Swedish patient safety team as well as support of the Culture of Safety Initiative.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Nursing Baccalaureate degree (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing or must actively pursue and attain a BSN within six years of hire. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License 2 years Clinical experience. Project management experience. Experience in change management with internal & external customers including physicians, staff, managers, and directors.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in nursing, business, education, hospital administration Or equivalent educ/experience Process improvement training.     Process improvement experience.
