Quality Assurance Representative - F-16 Contract Logistics Support (CLS) – Foreign Military Sales (IRAQ)
**Description** **Major Job Activities** Key Responsibilities: + 20% - Train, Advise, Assist, and Integrate IqAF QA personnel with focus on fleet health and maintenance quality assurance. + 25% - Oversee CLS and IqAF QA efforts including CDRLs, MSEP, TODO, FOD/DOP, OTI, confined spaces, safety, and weight/balance programs. + 10% - Manage QA team scheduling, manpower distribution, and approve time-off requests. + 10% - Ensure use of correct technical documentation, schematics, and QA protocols. + 10% - Recommend QA and process improvements for increased operational efficiency. + 10% - Maintain accurate QA records, compliance documentation, and reports. + 15% - Provide leadership, mentorship, and perform additional duties as assigned by Site Management. **Material & Equipment Directly Used** Technical manuals, QA tracking systems, Microsoft Office applications, inspection tools, and safety equipment. **Working Environment** Deployed QA and maintenance oversight setting; airfield and workshop conditions; international team setting. **Physical Activities** Conduct inspections; walk long distances; climb aircraft and maintenance structures as needed. **Qualifications** Education: USAF 7-skill level or civilian equivalent in Flightline Maintenance and QA preferred. Certifications: None specified; A&P certification or QA-specific certifications desirable. Experience: 8 to 8 to 10 years (preferred) experience in F-16 flightline maintenance and QA operations. Other Requirements: U.S. Citizen; eligible for Secret clearance; experienced with Microsoft Office; international work experience preferred; ability to travel worldwide including Middle East.
