Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and customer service, to maintain quality standards. Oversee corrective and preventive actions, ensuring continuous improvement in processes. Manage supplier quality, ensuring raw materials and components meet required specifications. Train and mentor QA staff, fostering a culture of quality and accountability. Develop and maintain documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and reports.
