Strategy

Develop quality assurance strategy to meet or exceed sprint release content and timingUnderstand the business/enterprise needs and anticipate user experience factors that may be evaluated during quality assuranceDemonstrate ownership of quality assurance success and vision for defect-free production applicationDemonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to find and resolve root causesConsider impacts to system performance during quality assurance and feedback or otherwise propose alternate approaches to maintain optimal performance

Assess potential of emerging technologies and innovation ideas

Relationships

Provide input to the continual improvement of servicesCollaborate with team members and help the entire team be successfulContribute a positive attitude that encourages, helps and builds others up
