This position is part of the Quality Assurance team and reports to the QA Quality Group Leader (Operations Support).
How you’ll spend your dayMain Role is to support the Quality Assurance - Operations Support Team in troubleshooting exercises and to co-ordinate and lead effectively the team on a daily basis.
All work must be carried out adopting a right first time approach, in a timely manner and according to cGMP.
Your experience and qualificationsThe candidate must be confident in communicating effectively and assertively with colleagues across all levels in the organisation and must be highly organised. The supervisor must be able to prioritise daily duties as necessary and allocate work adequately to the team. He/she will be proactive and hardworking as well as dynamic and outgoing. The ideal candidate will have a very good eye for detail and precision in work are a must. The candidate should have a Diploma level of Education, however relevant experience will be considered.
