Quality system implementation • Implement the quality system in all field operation • Document and record all the quality data in according to document and record control procedure. Good Lab. Practices • Responsible to perform all the Testing techniques in accordance with Nestlé and WBI. • Responsible to maintain all the Lab. Equipment in proper working condition. Trainings • Responsible to coach and develop team for milk purchasing according to QMS and Fresh Milk Quality Norms Milk Receiving and Dispatching • Receive and dispatch milk according to Nestlé Quality Norms. • Analyze the milk according to QMS and fresh milk Quality Norms. Loss/Gain • Monitor, record and communicate the purchase Vs Dispatch Loss/ gain to RASM,AASM • Control the Dispatch Vs Intake Loss/gain. • Took initiatives to minimize the rejections Testing Material Calibration and standardization • Calibrate and record all the available glassware and Milk handling utensils / Assets • Check the purity and gravity of chemicals before sending to field Workplace safety • Ensure workplace safety in regional labs. • Any other business-related job assigned by MCQAM What will make you successful • Ability to implement Nestlé Quality System • Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams
