We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join us and strengthen quality processes across the Endress+Hauser Group by applying strategic and analytical thinking to key quality initiatives. You will join Endress+Hauser Group Services Germany in Weil am Rhein.

In this role, you will work closely with process managers and stakeholders across the group, acting as a key partner in ensuring our quality systems remain aligned with international standards and best practices. This position is part of our corporate function and plays a vital role in driving quality excellence throughout the organization.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
Audit and ensure readiness of the group-wide quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 Conduct advanced data analysis and assess quality performance across the Endress+Hauser Group to uncover improvement opportunities Consult, coach and enable process managers; guide and influence stakeholders on implementing necessary quality measures Lead quality-related projects, acting as the product owner or project manager as needed Manage a process and project governance board, called Main Process Team and ensure adherence to the Scrum methodology
What do we expect from you?
You:
Hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in a field relevant to quality management, such as engineering Have solid experience in quality management, including implementation and coordination of ISO 9001-based systems Ideally bring knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) industry environments Have proven project management experience and a strong drive for process optimization Are confident in working and persuading within a decentralized, complex, multinational organization Are willing to travel up to 15% internationally Are fluent in English; German skills are a plus
