What Success Looks Like:

Strong mechanical aptitude. Necessity for attention to detail.  The ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.  Test production compounds on the following equipment (Pass/Fail): Supply test data to customers Organize and file completed test data Approve production compounds for shipping Update spec sheets for raw materials and finished compounds Test the quality of specific incoming raw materials Retain specific raw materials. Approve Certificates of Analysis for all incoming raw materials. Maintain test equipment Approve Certificates of Analysis for all incoming raw materials Identify and track non-conforming products. Following all safety procedures and guidelines along with assisting in modifying and updating procedures

 

Your Credentials:

One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment High School or GED preferred Willing to work overtime including weekends Close visual work required. Knowledge of general computer skills. Attention to detail.

 

The hourly rate for this position is $19.70-$22.00 per hour based on experience, plus $1.00/hour shift premium for 2nd and/or 3rd shift.   

 

3rd shift - 10:45pm - 7:00am 

**Will train on 1st shift 6:45am-3:00pm**
