Job Purpose: + To ensure published listings are compliant to listing guideline; + Moderate newly created / edited listings within the agreed SLA for both post and pre moderation; Job Responsibilities: + Moderate listings as per the guideline (picture angles, description and average demand price) + Monitor live listings to identify obsolete listings and delete accordingly + Keep track of new car launches for all models and update the details in the portal + Collaborate with Account Management to ensure dealers comply to the listing guideline + Manage variant code (vehicle code) with Redbook to ensure all models are available in the portal for listing creation Essential knowledge, skills and abilities: + Knowledge of various car makes/brands + Interest to learn more about Malaysia's automotive industry + Extremely high standards of accuracy and time management + Able to support the moderation process during weekends and/or public holidays on a rotation basis + Able to communicate well with internal stakeholders + Maintain absolute integrity and confidentiality; To do what is right in any situation
