Compensation includes a base salary of $54,200.00 - $81,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. As we grow and innovate, we are seeking a QA Engineer II to join our high-performing software engineering team.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about quality, collaboration, and delivering a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms. You’ll work within an Agile pod structure alongside developers, product managers, and designers to ensure each release meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test plans for functional, regression, and exploratory testingCollaborate with developers to identify, log, and validate bug fixesParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and stand-upsDrive quality assurance best practices and continuous improvement within the teamImplement test automation to enhance coverage and efficiency wherever appropriateAdvocate for cross-browser and cross-platform compatibilityRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years’ experience in a related fieldHands-on experience testing web and/or mobile applications in Agile development environmentsFamiliarity with QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, or ZephyrUnderstanding of testing best practices, usability principles, and modern QA methodologiesBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time managementAbility to thrive in a collaborative environment and meet tight deadlinesGrowth mindset and eagerness to develop new skills and knowledgePreferred Qualifications
Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium or CypressFamiliarity with API testing tools such as PostmanBenefits
