About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will ensure regulatory adherence across international distribution centers, focusing on product integrity, documentation, and quality event management. Your work will directly impact the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our global supply chain, particularly within the US and LATAM networks.

What You’ll Do

Perform time and temperature analysis for shipments using TTOR and MKT principles.

Initiate and manage quality events, including obtaining dispositions and coordinating product release.

Execute quality projects using engineering principles and business standards.

Document technical data in accordance with quality directives and procedures.

Communicate material quality status to internal teams and external suppliers.

Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO, OSHA, and other regulations.

Recommend improvements to enhance quality and productivity.

Lead QMS compliance activities including CAPA, change control, supplier quality, internal audits, and training.

Collaborate across departments to meet operational and quality goals.

Participate in project updates and communicate key developments.

Develop and review internal and external procedures.

Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field (Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience preferred).

0–4 years of relevant work experience.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and FDA compliance.

Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.

Preferred:

Technical writing skills.

Familiarity with reagents and instruments.

Experience with Quality Engineering tools and techniques.

Flexibility and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

Pay Details: $23.64 per hour
