If you’re excited by strategic problem-solving, process innovation, and the opportunity to raise the bar on software excellence, we’d love to meet you. **What We Offer:** + Remote opportunity + **Comprehensive Benefits:** Health care coverage starts on day one, with generous paid time off and Monday through Friday hours. + **Global Community:** Be part of an ever-evolving global organization focused on transformation and innovation, with global connectivity to 26,000+ colleagues across 60 countries. + **Culture of Belonging:** Thrive in a culture of belonging where you are encouraged to use your voice. + **Total Rewards:** We offer a robust Total Rewards package designed to support your career and overall well-being. **Key Responsibilities:** + Design and develop detailed manual test cases and scenarios based on project requirements. + Coordinate and execute both manual and automated test cases. + Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI and API testing. + Collaborate with developers and technical project managers on defect resolution and actively monitor test execution progress. + Contribute to test data strategy and management and participate in test plan and strategy discussions. + Accurately log and track defects, analyze test results, and provide data-driven insights for process improvement. **Requirements** + **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. + **Experience:** 3-5 years of progressive experience in software QA, including both manual and automated testing. + **Technical Proficiency:** Strong user proficiency in test management tools like Jira (Xray/Zephyr Scale) and expert user in Jira for defect management. + **Data & Automation Skills:** Proficient in SQL for test data setup and validation, with foundational knowledge in a programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and experience with UI automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) or API testing tools (e.g., Postman automation). + **Analytical Skills:** Strong ability to interpret functional and non-functional requirements and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for defect analysis. + **Special Requirements:** Ability to work in a virtual/remote environment, occasional flexibility for various time zones, and potential for 5-10% travel for complex projects. + Active Public Trust or DOD Clearance is a plus for Federal Vertical Industry Expertise. + Will be subject to a government background clearance investigation so **must be a U.S. citizen** **Join us at the Mountain where culture and values are practiced and respected every day.
