Your Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. up to 2+ years of experience with Test-Driven Design (TDD/ATDD) and automated test tools. Hands-on experience with containers, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Proficiency in Linux command-line operations and system debugging. Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
 

Nice to Have:

Experience to manage customer escalations and resolve outages or defects. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and test frameworks (Jenkins, Selenium, Robot Framework). Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) or similar certification. Familiarity with NetConf, YANG models, and REST APIs. Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Elasticsearch.
