Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Engineer to support the development and launch of a new HVAC dehumidifier product within our New Product Introduction (NPI) program. This role will play a critical part in ensuring product and process quality from concept through production, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, a strong foundation in quality tools, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process validation.
**JOB DUTIES:**
+ Plans, develops, and implements control plans for change management systems, such as NPI (New Product Introduction), collateral changes, and engineering changes.
+ Ensures that product specifications are implemented within manufacturing processes.
+ Participates in the validation of manufacturing processes.
+ Participates in the coordination and implementation of product and/or process introductions and changes.
+ Leads, supervises, monitors, and coordinates assigned corrective and preventive actions.
+ Ensures compliance with quality management system procedures.
+ Acts in accordance with the quality policy guidelines.
+ Understands the quality objectives relevant to their role and actively contributes to achieving them.
+ Supports and delivers results in training and raising awareness among their team regarding objectives, goals, aspects, impacts, improvements, and operational controls to promote environmental responsibility.
+ Actively participates in the 5S+1 Program, a critical business objective, ensuring compliance with program standards and fulfilling roles as Auditor, Coordinator, Leader, or Committee Member as required.
+ Actively participates in Safety and Environmental Systems, ensuring compliance with system requirements and performing assigned activities.
+ Performs work in a safe, efficient, and ethical manner.
+ Carries out other activities assigned by management to support company operations.
**MUST HAVE:**
+ Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in quality engineering roles within the manufacturing industry.
+ Practical, hands-on expertise in manufacturing soldering processes.
+ Proficient in English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken form.
+ Prior experience working with evaporative cooling systems in a production or engineering environment.
+ Solid knowledge and application of core quality tools, including PPAP and PFMEA.
**WE VALUE:**
+ Familiarity with ISO standards and their application in quality systems.
+ ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a strong plus.
+ Proficient in the use and management of core quality tools.
+ Experience with MINITAB or similar statistical analysis software is highly desirable.
