**Date Posted:** 2025-05-08 **Country:** Malaysia **Location:** Hamilton Sundstrand Customer Support Centre (M) Sdn Bhd, No 9, Lengkuk Keluli 2, Bukit Rajah Industrial Estate, 41050 Klang, Selangor, Malaysia **Position Role Type:** Unspecified **Key responsibilities** + Coordinate and participate in RRCA activities. + Coordinate daily Quality Clinic activities. + Maintain Quality Clinic metrics and coordinate Quality Clinic certification. + Track internal and supplier discrepancy and ensure closure of action items. + Manage the non-conforming parts storage and disposition. + Support internal and external audit. + Take initiative to reduce costs and increase quality and efficiency through the use of CORE methodology or technology. + Participate in continuous improvement (CORE) activities to perform continuous improvement to existing equipment and processes aimed at improving productivity levels. + Complies with all US and Malaysia Export Control Regulations + Support EH&S Program and complies with EH&S Rules and Procedures + Any other matters that may be assigned from time to time **Qualifications & Requirements** + Possess a Degree in Quality/Engineering or related field with 1-2 years of relevant experience. + High level of analytical skills and strong systemic mindset. + Strong planning, coordination, communication and interpersonal skills. + Hands-on, self-motivated, independent and good team player. _RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
