Reporting to the Quality Director North America, the FSQA Coordinator is a key member of the corporate FSQA team in managing manufacturing quality standards and data.

This role provides flexibility to work in a hybrid environment of home and our Westlake Village, CA office. (Hybrid is defined as at least 3 times per week in the office).

Responsibilities Complaint ManagementLogging of customer and consumer complaints received from the US market.Assigning complaints to the appropriate manufacturing quality team for investigation.Tracking of complaints to ensure close-out and responses are completed in a timely manner.Certifications and AuditsManagement of 3rd party and external compliance audit certifications (SQF, FSVP, organic) with relevant facility teams.Assist facility teams in audit preparationEnsure CAPA reports are completed and submitted to certification bodies within required timeframes.Scheduling internal exercises (mock recall, food fraud, crisis events) and coordination of related activities in collaboration with the Quality Director.Document and Data ManagementMaintain and update quality management system documentation (FSQM).Maintain documentation and databases related to vendors and 3rd party service suppliers.Monitor facility facing trackers to ensure data is entered and actions are closed out within appropriate timeframe.Organize and maintain records, such as scoresheets, data collection entries, spreadsheets, specifications, outside company contacts, and any other department related documents and reports as necessary.Track and analyze critical data to identify trends, potential risks and areas for improvement.Prepare and submit reports on performance, compliance status and ongoing incidents.Use SAP to release product, hold product and maintain any other statuses as appropriate for the products in the system, including special system releases.Assist in special projects assigned by Quality Assurance management which may require calculations, computations, creative design and critical thinking skills.Other duties as assigned Qualifications Experience in food manufacturing quality is a plus, but not required.Must have good English reading/writing proficiency.Must have PC skills including competence in data handling and word processing applications.Must be able to work independently.Must have competent math skills.What You’ll Need to Succeed:Passionate about a purpose driven careerFlexibility and ability to multitask.Self-starter with a drive for success.Education & Certification:Bachelor’s degree required (BS preferred)Physical Requirements:Ability to sit and use the computer for extended periods of time; ability to answer phones and use a variety of office equipment; ability to lift 15 pounds and reach overhead.Travel Requirements:Up to 10%

FOR JOBS BASED IN CALIFORNIA:

Hiring Pay Scale: $45,000 to $55,000
