As a Quality Assurance / Business Analyst within our Distribution Center IT team, you will work closely with DC Operations, software engineers and cross functional team members to analyze and define requirements, develop and execute test plans, and ensure the quality of all systems within our Warehouse and Order Fulfillment operations. Responsible to author and review test scenarios, you’ll develop and execute manual and automated test cases, and if you can break our systems – document the corresponding defects while partnering with team members to drive problem resolution. You’ll see projects through to completion by completing code promotions and deploying software releases for the applications and processes tested. Working directly with the DC management team troubleshooting issues, you’ll provide training on new applications and systems changes, ensuring successful deployment and user experience.

This role is a hybrid position working out of our Monroe, NJ office.

An employee in this position can expect an annual starting rate of $75,000 - $88,000, depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law.
