\nAbout the Role
\nAs a Quality Assurance Associate, you will provide document review and data entry support to our client. You will make choices on finalizing, approving, or rejecting documents/cases. Your assistance will make a positive difference in the organization you support.
\nAs a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for:
\nAssurant's quality team will commence their shift at turnover by seamlessly connecting with the outgoing team to review and own any outstanding tasks, ensuring a smooth transition. The associate will actively assist with managing divert processes, conducting random mail selections from the production floor to verify accuracy and quality, and ensure all mail meets rigorous quality standards aligned with client expectations. Additionally, the associate will be responsible for promptly reporting any quality issues via email, documenting findings thoroughly, and following up to confirm that all identified issues are resolved effectively, thereby maintaining continuous improvement and operational excellence.
\nRequirements
\nTo be successful in this role you will:
\n\n Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education \n Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship \n Be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test \n Be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM (words per minute) on a computer \n Have good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems \n Have a great attention to detail \n Be organized and have the ability to multi-task while adapting to changing priorities \n Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in transaction processing or data entry \n\nWorking with us

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $31,200 - $39,000.
