Quality Assurance Associate I
\nLocation: Remote – US Only
\nSalary: $16.00 - $17.00/hr. DOE, plus benefits
\nSchedule: 8:00 am - 5:00pm (MST), Monday – Friday

About the Quality Assurance Associate I role
\nThe individual who fills this position will be responsible for completing internal audit reviews for Quality Assurance. Analyze, and conducting internal audits of department performance. Supporting functions that enable the effective and efficient delivery of services and products.
\n\n
Responsibilities/Duties
\nAnalyze work produced for errors.
\nMonitors transactions to ensure compliance against performance standards.
\nPartners with team peers, collaborating on areas of opportunity that have been identified.
\nInteracts with work leaders, supervisors and managers.
\nDetects, analyzes and reports fraudulent activities.
\nOther duties as assigned.
\n\n
Job Requirements:
\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.
\nExperience working Administration or Insurance required.
\nDesired Skills and Attributes/Successful candidates will have the following skills:
\nQuality Assurance experience with Medicaid or Insurance preferred
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, and Word
\nExceptional attention to detail
\nExceptional time management abilities
\nExcellent communication skills
\nCapability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate is $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.
