The Role

At Baxter Healthcare, we uphold the highest standards of quality and excellence in healthcare. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join our Manufacturing Quality team based at our Old Toongabbie site. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing day to day in-process activities to support the manufacturing team. You will work on maintenance and improvement of key system within the manufacturing process, ensuring documented batch information meet cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities

Release to the required standard an on a timely manner, locally manufacturing finished products and components

Improve key processes in the production environment (i.e. support in GDP and GMP training as required)

Ensure adequate review and approval of release procedures

Review daily rejects/scraps and determine next step per written procedure

Manage all required paperwork to support product release

Provide expertise in Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practice to Manufacturing Team

Provide support to manufacturing in the use of EBD (Electronic Batch Document)

Manage EBD change processes

Provide expertise in visual inspection process to Manufacturing Team

Support investigation of complaints, deviations and non-conformances within the manufacturing process

Other duties as required.

Key Requirements

A Tertiary degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering or related fields

Proven experience in Sterile Manufacturing and/or Quality Assurance processes

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards

Outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Proficiency in quality management software and tools

Ability to strictly adhere to deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
