**Do you love challenges?**
As Quality Assurance and Risk Manager, you will be responsible for:
■ Collaborate with the NTT DATA regions on the **Risk assessment proces** s for new and existing customer engagements, securing that SAP/SNOW specific risks are taken into consideration
■ **Provide feedback on the Deal Governance process** to ensure that new projects and services will be delivered in accordance to the expected quality and standardization.
■ Provide support to the Red/Amber projects to create and execute a **Back to Green action plan** , including internal management reporting..
■ In case of **customer escalations** , together with the regions identify the right escalation path and support the regional de-escalation managers to implement the action to solve the root causes and de-escalate the customer
■ Together with the regions, define the **quality checks** that could be required for **SAP/SNOW** specific services to secure quality, speed and profitability

Your 10 years of work experience in Quality Assurance, Project and or Services Management proves your:
■ Bachelor’s degree in Information **Technology, Computer Science, or a related field**
■ Deep understanding of business needs and expectations
■ Worked into complex **projects** and services environments, that required operational and processes knowhow in the **area of SAP and Service Now**
■ Proven experience in quality assurance methodologies, processes, and tools.
■ Certification in **quality management** (e.g. Six Sigma)
**■** **Project/Services Management Skills** : Strong project or service management management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive quality initiatives within project timelines
■ Analytical and problem-solving skills
■ Exceptional **analytical skills** to identify and address quality issues
■ Ability to solve complex problems and make **data-driven decisions**
■ Excellent communication skills to articulate quality requirements and issues to **technical and non-technical stakeholders**
■ Collaborative approach to work effectively with **diverse teams**
■ **Familiarity** with relevant regulatory **requirements** and industry **standards in IT** (e.g., ISO 9001, CMMI, GDPR)
■ Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
■ Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of quality in **IT deliverables**
■ Leadership skills to inspire and **guide a team** toward achieving quality objectives
■ **Ability to adapt** to changing priorities, work under pressure, and navigate through ambiguity
