Job Description
The Quality Assurance Administrator will be responsible for supporting quality assurance specialists by ensuring compliance with company standards and facilitating the production process.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare batch records and labels, and issue them along with raw materials to begin production.Conduct non-conformance investigations.Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality system standards.Compile data to support the trending program.File completed records, including batch records, on-site training records, validations, calibration records, and qualification records.Audit previous batch records.Document compliance and generate reports.Essential SkillsQuality assurance and quality control expertise.Strong computer skills and proficiency in cross-functional teamwork.Attention to detail and ability to provide administrative support.Experience with ISO 9000 standards.Familiarity with SAP systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsSAP experience is a plus.Proficiency in Excel is advantageous.Strong attention to detail.Work Environment
The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, performed in an office setting with a laptop. Personal protective equipment such as gowns and hair nets is required when handling raw materials. The environment can be loud at times, and work is conducted in a Biosafety Level 2 (BSL 2) lab. No heavy lifting is involved.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
