Temp-to-Hire position$16.00 to $17.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Perform visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured components using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).Document and report inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions accurately.Support production teams by verifying parts meet specifications before release.Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment according to company standards.Assist with internal audits, quality records, and continuous improvement initiatives.Quality Assurance Qualifications:
Entry-level candidates: Basic understanding of measurement tools and willingness to learn inspection processes.Experienced candidates: 1+ years in quality assurance or manufacturing inspection preferred.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.Familiarity with ISO standards or quality management systems is a plus.Able to pass a drug screen that tests for THCApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
