The PositionThis internship program offers students a year-long opportunity to learn and develop within our Quality and Regulatory Subchapter. In this program, you'll gain insights into the diagnostics industry while upskilling and contributing to impactful projects for our patients.We are looking for 1 intern who wants to be part of our Business Integrity team within the Quality and Regulatory department.Your main responsibilities:Support continuous updates of quality management system documentation by interacting with other areas of the company.Support technical migration to a new QMS tool.Support product documentation Technical File updates.Participate in a project to ensure vigilance contact availability for main hospital accounts.Provide regulatory documentation translation support for tenders.Collaborate on department projects such as updating norms and re-working guides.Who are we looking for?As an ideal candidate, you will have the following experience, education, and knowledge:Bachelors/Masters degree student in Health Sciences.Languages: Spanish, Catalan, and English (advanced C1 level).The applicant must be currently enrolled in a university to be eligible for a university internship contract.As an ideal candidate, you will have the following skills:Eager to learn, self-managed & directed, bold, and able to prioritize.Attention to detail.The ability to work with cross-functional teams is a must.Ability to understand and leverage digital means and tools.Ability to deeply listen, question & understand, and communicate smoothly.What will you get out of this program?Comprehensive professional experience that will allow you to acquire solid technical and practical knowledge in the diagnostics industry.Soft skill training to manage projects and provide sustainable value to patients in a VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) environment.You will have a mentor who will support your development throughout the program.Additional Responsibilities and ComplianceThe Trainee (Intern) must comply with all applicable legislation, internal procedures, and regulations regarding Safety, Health, and Environment, especially those procedures related to waste segregation, application of preventive measures, and use of work equipment and personal protective equipment.Furthermore, the Trainee (Intern) must be familiar with and act in full compliance with the Company's policies, including the Code of Conduct and applicable Ethical Codes.Regarding Information Security, the Trainee (Intern) must:Be aware of and comply with established quality and information security standards, and in any case, act according to instructions received.Comply with and enforce applicable procedures.Strive for the preservation of information security.Provide suggestions and participate in the continuous improvement of developed activities.Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
