Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager

• Industrial Engineer or related • Master’s degree is a plus • Minimum of 8 years of previous experience in quality management roles in related industries • More than 7 years of experience in managerial positions and/or supervising personnel • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and international standards • Experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and motivate others • Results-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously • Proficient in MS Office • Advanced English proficiency
Quality Strategy Development:
+ Design and develop quality policies, procedures, and management systems to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
+ Establish quality objectives and performance metrics to measure compliance and process effectiveness.
Implementation of Quality Management Systems:
+ Lead the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, or other relevant standards.
+ Coordinate internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
Continuous Improvement Management:
+ Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and systems through data analysis and customer feedback.
+ Facilitate continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement techniques.
Quality Control:
+ Develop and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with product requirements and customer specifications.
+ Implement inspection and testing programs to verify the quality of products and processes.
Customer Satisfaction Management:
+ Monitor customer satisfaction by collecting and analyzing feedback data.
+ Implement corrective and preventive actions to address concerns and improve the customer experience.
Training and Development:
+ Train and develop the team in quality practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
+ Promote a culture of quality and excellence through ongoing education and training.
