As a **Quality and Compliance Specialist** , you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with PPWR requirements for the Baltics, facilitating smooth implementation, and maintaining adherence to quality and sustainability standards.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure compliance with PPWR requirements for the Baltics and facilitate smooth implementation.
+ Be the EUDR Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Baltics, ensuring compliance and smooth execution of EUDR requirements.
+ Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for external audits (ISO BV, Ekoagros, etc.).
+ Ensure compliance with ISO requirements, with no repetitive audit findings.
+ Maintain efficient document control and ensure required procedures are up to date.
+ Ensure timely acquisition, extension, and modification of licenses, certificates, and registration documents.
+ Organize internal audits and maintain high-quality data for waste packaging and sustainability reporting.
+ Ensure sustainability compliance with EU directives, local legal acts, and Nestlé standards.
+ Coordinate the implementation of EU directives and local legal acts in quality and sustainability compliance areas.
**Daily Tasks:**
+ Conduct internal audits and manage external audit processes.
+ Prepare accurate and timely reports on sustainability KPIs and waste packaging.
+ Collaborate with quality and sustainability colleagues in other countries and various internal departments.
+ Build positive relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry associations.
**Requirements:**
+ Two or more years of experience in compliance, regulatory, and/or quality-related functions.
+ Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
+ Knowledge of quality, sustainability, and packaging EU directives, local legal acts, and ISO standards is a significant advantage.
+ Experience in the FMCG or food industry is preferred.
+ A university degree in Quality, Food Science, or Legal is an advantage.

Salary range of €2,600 - €3,221. Salary is based on candidate experience and competencies.
