Quality & Compliance Field Professional - £17,160 (24 hrs/week)

Are you driven by high standards in care? We're seeking a Quality & Compliance Field Professional to champion best practice across supported living, residential, respite and day services in the Black Country area.

In this vital role, you'll:

Conduct internal audits (CQC, medication, H&S, safeguarding)Lead on incident investigations and risk assessmentsMonitor compliance with MAR sheets, care plans, and training recordsDeputise for site managers and liaise with external professionalsPromote a culture of safety, transparency, and continuous improvement

What you'll bring:

Experience in learning disabilities, mental health or complex behaviour settings.Supervisory background and strong IT skills.A car and flexibility to travel across services.A respectful, adaptable, and compassionate approach.
