We are looking for an enthusiastic Spanish and English Speaking Quality Analyst to join our Service Desk team in Budapest. As part of the QA team, you will contribute to delivering professional service functions for our partner’s project aligned with high-quality standards and contractual agreements.
What we are looking for:
Native Spansih speaker with conversational English skills Completed technical education, such as a technical high school diploma, vocational school, technical college degree, or a certified development program with a diploma At least a secondary-level vocational education or higher Currently based in Budapest, Hungary, or willing and able to relocate At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar QA role Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and logical reasoning A collaborative mindset and strong willingness to learn and improve
Job Description:
Improve the team’s quality performance by analyzing results and addressing tasks and issues raised by the partner Monitor and evaluate agent call recordings to assess both service quality and recording clarity Align quality assessment standards through regular calibration sessions with the partner’s QA team Prepare and maintain detailed QA reports and performance summaries Conduct performance evaluations through simulated customer service scenarios Provide constructive feedback to team members and support the creation of improvement plans Take ownership of quality improvement results, document progress, and report outcomes to the partner
