The salary range of this position is $70,000 - $80,000.
Drives compliance and process improvement efforts at each site within the region. Coordinates with the Regional Quality Manager in the deployment of Continuous Improvement/POE projects/assignments.Coordinates and completes customer compliance requests through facilitation with the sales and operations teams.Works with the other members of the distribution quality team to recommend changes and continual improvements to existing processes and procedures. Drives improvement trough CAPA (corrective and preventive action) using root cause analysis, and other problem-solving techniques.Contributes to KPI improvement by engaging regional resources in projects to successful completion.Coaches coworkers on existing quality objectives and metrics utilizing Best Known Methods of standardization and training and ensuring that all changes fit into our ISO Registered Quality Systems.Supports the Regional Quality Manager as a point of connection within region, and aids in the maintenance, improvement., documentation, and auditing of the ISO9001 registered Quality System, including ALL facets of the Standard requirements.Trains coworkers on KPIs and the underlying processes that drive continual improvement.Aid in the Implementation of 5S Program.Review ISO business processes and supporting compliance efforts; make recommendation for improvements.Helps Manage the corrective action process for the region; Document issues into CAPA system.Supports the Development, measurement, and tracking of KPI for standardized processes.Maintains administrator records and prepare statistical performance reports.Work Experience:
