What You’ll Do:Review and maintain quality management systems and batch records with precision.Lead and support investigations, CAPAs, and change control processes.Collaborate with suppliers to ensure GMP compliance and quality standards.Analyze environmental monitoring and sterility data to ensure product safety.Contribute to Annual Product Quality Reviews and inspection readiness activities.Partner cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and compliance.What You Bring:Bachelor of Science in a scientific discipline.4–7 years of industry experience, with 3–5 years in a quality-focused role.Strong in batch record review, deviation management, and CAPA systems.Experience working with CMOs and supplier quality programs.Familiarity with sterility testing, change control, andGMP regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and data analysis tools.Excellent documentation and communication skills.Why Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven organization focused on innovation and patient safety.Work in a collaborative, quality-first culture with opportunities for growth.Contribute to high-impact projects that support global regulatory comPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
