Job Title: Quality Administrator

Job Description

As a Quality Administrator, you will verify routine product conformance to design requirements and provide objective evidence of results. You will be responsible for auditing, surveillance, and monitoring, identifying and documenting discrepancies, and segregating and controlling non-conforming items. The role involves conducting product reviews with customers during product or process verification and initiating requests for corrective action when necessary. You will also inspect incoming parts/materials and outgoing orders, ensuring certification accuracy and checking special orders. Additionally, you will provide mentorship to the Inspection team.

ResponsibilitiesConduct dimensional inspections per design record and documented AQL levels, and perform visual inspections for obvious defects.Review and disposition all certification documentation to meet traceability requirements per AS9100 and Quality standards, communicating with vendors as needed.Obtain and maintain Customer Designated Supplier Quality Representative Stamps for at least three customers, with active use of stamps required.Review and approve First Articles from suppliers and perform First Articles for submission to customers.Identify and communicate opportunities to increase inspector productivity and assist with RCCA activities related to Inspection.Assist in internal, customer, and third-party audits.Essential Skills2-4 years of related work experience (4-6 years preferred).Previous aerospace inspection experience.Experience in QA inspection methods and procedures, including First Article Inspection.Fluent in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication).Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.Knowledge of AS9100 requirements.Experience with calipers, ring/pin gages, comparator, and Smart scope.Proficient PC skills and use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel).Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
