The Quality Administrator will be responsible for updating a number of data registers and reports with information from technical specialists both offshore and onshore. The role directly supports the Quality team based at Sale.
Key Responsibilities:
Collate data from multiple sources into spreadsheets and report templates. This includes works progress reports, welding test results, welding equipment purchases, asset registers, trade qualification updates and drawing revisionsMonitor electronic registers and seek out updates from nominated team membersFormat and apply style guides to drafted documentsScan and / or register quality control documentsAssist with the receipting of incoming material orders, offshore logistics bookings, and general team training administration, during periods of peak demand or for leave coverageDemonstrate a willingness and capability to perform other duties as deemed appropriate and consistent with your professional qualifications, skill or experience.Desirable skills and experience include:
