Quality, Safety and Environment Systems Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement, maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS), covering Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001)
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all company operations
• Identify and assess risks and opportunities within the different IMS frameworks
• Coordinate and monitor internal and external audits, ensuring implementation of corrective actions
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports for leadership review
• Manage and control integrated management system documentation
• Handle non-conformities and define corrective and preventive action plans
• Develop and review policies, processes, procedures and management manuals
• Plan and conduct training and awareness sessions within the IMS scope
• Monitor and verify supplier selection, qualification and evaluation processes
• Control and manage customer complaints and satisfaction metrics
• Act as facilitator between different areas of the organization, promoting continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the organization's HSSE department
• Promote safety and sustainability culture throughout the company

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing, maintaining and improving Integrated Management Systems
• Specialized higher education in Quality, Environment and/or Safety
• Certification in Internal Audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Solid knowledge of Environmental Management and Sustainability
• In-depth knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety
• Knowledge of legislation applicable to the construction and fit-out sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical capacity and results-oriented mindset
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactivity and problem-solving ability
• Good knowledge of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and integrated management system software
