Job description KS1 Teacher
Location: Towcester, Northamptonshire
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

The school is a warm, forward-thinking school situated in the heart of Towcester. With a vibrant community of approximately 220 pupils, they are committed to fostering creativity, resilience, and a love of learning in everyone.

The successful candidate will:
-Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
-Promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment
-Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
-Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and external agencies
-Participate fully in school life, including assemblies, clubs, and special events

You will:
-Hold QTS (or equivalent) and have experience teaching the relevant Key Stage
-Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and enthusiasm
-Be adept at differentiation and assessment strategies
-Have strong behaviour management skills and promote a caring classroom culture
-Be committed to professional development and teamwork
