This is not a traditional teaching role. You’ll be part of an innovative and compassionate team delivering bespoke academic and therapeutic support to students with complex needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health), SEN (Special Educational Needs), and trauma backgrounds.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and delivering personalised learning pathways aligned with the school’s curriculumLeading or supporting 1:1 and small group interventionsManaging and supporting behaviour through positive and consistent strategiesCollaborating closely with assistant staff and the wider teamEnsuring safeguarding and student wellbeing is at the forefront of your practiceWhat We’re Looking For We’re seeking candidates who:
