In this hybrid role, you’ll lead testing efforts across pharma systems, ensuring quality, compliance, and innovation in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** + Lead testing efforts for systems including TrackWise On-Prem, TW-Basic Config, Qumas, MasterControl, Qualiteam, and Werum PAS-X. + Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts to validate software functionality and compliance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and ensure seamless system integration. + Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices in testing and validation. + Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align testing with project goals. + Analyze test results and deliver detailed reports with insights and recommendations. + Ensure adherence to GxP, GMP, and regulatory standards in pharma and life sciences. + Drive innovation in testing strategies, including automation and tool optimization. + Monitor and evaluate testing tools, recommending upgrades and improvements. + Support scientific research and innovation through high-quality software validation. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field. + 5+ years of QA experience, with strong expertise in TW-Basic Config and TrackWise On-Prem. + Proven experience in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics domains. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. + Experience with test management tools and methodologies. **Certifications Required** ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Certified Bioinformatics Professional Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
