Update quality documentation and communicate lessons learned from quality concerns.​ + Conduct regular internal and process audits of the QMS, holding monthly audit performance meetings with business leaders.​ + Support global audit community initiatives.​ + Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies. + Manage the audit program to ensure that all nonconformities raised during audits are effectively corrected and independently verified. + Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns. **Desired Qualifications** + **Educational Background** : Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering. + **Experience** : At least 5 years of experience in Aerospace Quality and Auditing, with a minimum of 3 years as a QMS Auditor or Lead Auditor.​ + **Certifications** : Familiarity with AS9100, AS13100, and AS9145 standards. NADCAP Special Process Auditing experience (e.g., Heat Treatment, Non-Destructive Testing, Chemical Processing, Welding, Shot Peening) is advantageous.​ + **Skills** : Effective communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities, and an assertive yet tactful approach.​ _RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
