Job DescriptionAs a QMM Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our semiconductor products. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems and methodologies within the manufacturing process, with a focus on data analysis, process improvement, and defect reduction. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining high yield, exceeding customer expectations, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
QualificationsExpertise in operating and maintaining PFIB (Plasma Focus Ion Beam) systems, specializing in Physical Failure Analysis for semiconductor applications including but not limited to delayering and site specific analysis for the purposes of process development and troubleshooting.Expertise in operation and data analysis for X-SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy)Collaborate actively with equipment manufacturer, Field Service Specialist for effective problem solving in case of deviations and excursions, routine maintenance, and calibration of the equipment.Develop and implement Lab Safety program.Prepare SOPs and standardized reporting templates for Lab.Establish and report on KPIs for the Lab processes.Support special projects with highly skilled technical staff, ability to drive data-based decisions in cross functional teams.Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to address quality-related issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Ability to achieve key user/ expert status on the assigned equipment and train other new users.Flexibility to support other future analysis equipment for the lab along with variety of routine cleanroom monitoring activities, using equipment such as particle counter, electrostatic voltmeter, megohmmeter, etc.Additional InformationThis role will work on site in Roseville, CA.Indefinite US work authorized individuals only. The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $100,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
