**Job Overview**
Ensures that products being built and processes being used adhere to all standards and requirements; implements quality assurance practices, processes, and procedures.
**Job Requirements**
+ Performing quality reviews and internal audits; evaluating data and writing reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
+ Monitoring product life cycle processes and products for adherence to company and regulatory standards and practices; participating in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
+ Analyzing statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of the finished product.
+ Recommending modifications to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality; participating in the resolution of quality problems and reports on progress made.
**What your background should look like**
Requirements
+ 3-5 Years of experience
+ Identify the key process basing on quality control and assure process quality.
+ Lead and participate with Product and Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians in the resolution of issues using failure analysis (Ishikawa, 5 Why, 8D).
+ Support roll-out and execution of standard tools: tolerance analysis, FMEA, CONTROL PLANS, MSA, Capability studies, QIP, FAI, PPAP, work instructions development & Lessons Learned Data.
+ Proficiency in quality-related software and tools: Minitab, SAP, Excel, ETC.
+ Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
+ Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and quality inspectors.
+ knowledge on QMS per ISO9001:2015 and AS9001(basic)
+ Analysis of quality and process data (ppm, scrap, Pareto, CPK, COPQ etc.)
+ Knowledge of electrical test (basic)
+ Lead audits of ISO9001
+ IPC 620 and 610
