QHSES Training Administrator
**Job Overview:** The QHSES Training Administrator has established QHSES Training skills to perform various day-to-day activities. They can recognize and solve typical Health Safety Environment Security problems with limited supervisory approval. They are tasked with evaluating and selecting solutions from established options. Their work directly impacts their team through the quality of the services or information provided.   **Key Tasks and Responsibilities:** + Develop, issue, and maintain a training schedule based on the training forecast + Liaise with Trainers before training to assist in planning + Oversee training room and equipment bookings + Act as a point of contact for training requestors, participants, and vendors + Register participants in internal and external QHSES courses, instructor-led and digital + Maintain up-to-date training materials + Update and maintain valid training records + Maintain filing and recordkeeping + Manage and maintain training systems such as databases, Learning Management Systems, etc. + Provide support to digital learning users and elevate issues to IT when required + Perform an audit on the quality of training data + Assist the Principal QHSES Training Specialists in curriculum development and implementation + Maintain global and local QHSES training materials + Update and maintain the QHSES training site + Provide other administrative support to the QHSES Training functions when required **Essential Qualifications and Education:** + High School Diploma + Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred + Certified Auditor + Over 3 years of administrative experience + Working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Well-developed organizational skills + Strong attention to detail + Proficient in MS Office \#LI-RM1 Our ingenuity fuels daily life.
