Job Overview:

The QHSES Assurance Specialist applies their conceptual QHSES Assurance knowledge with moderate guidance and direction from colleagues and leadership. They are responsible for solving a range of straightforward QHSES Assurance problems. They will be responsible for analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures and building knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. The QHSES Assurance Specialist understands key business drivers and applies this knowledge to solve problems in straightforward situations by analyzing possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.

The candidate must possess substantial experience in Procurement Quality Assurance/Engineering, specifically in managing Offshore, Onshore, and Oil & Gas projects. He should have a comprehensive understanding of reviewing Engineering Quality deliverables, including Material Requisitions, Purchase Requisitions, Data Sheets, Technical Bid Evaluations, and so forth. A complete grasp of the procurement quality process, vendor ITP reviews, and quality-related procedures is essential. The candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and sub-suppliers. Additionally, he should have extensive experience in managing TMCP and CRA line pipes and bends, as well as critical offshore and onshore valves made of CS, CRA, and duplex materials, including actuators and subsea heavy forgings. Familiarity with standards such as API, DNV, ASME, AWS, NACE, and ANSI is required. Furthermore, the candidate must hold an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification and possess audit experience with vendors.
