We are seeking a highly experienced QHSE Specialist - Guinea who will be responsible to ensure that the Aggreko Tri-K Guinea area is compliant to company and local legislation in terms of QHSE and provide Senior Management with a platform to manage QHSE effectively.

What you’ll do:
Perform QHSE audits at various locations and ensure timely and effective closure of audit actions.
Coordinate with certification bodies for external audits and ensure prompt resolution of any findings.
Compile HSE statistics for monthly reporting purposes.
Maintain all QHSE documentation, including QMS procedures, service manuals, HSE standards, and calibration records.
Ensure compliance with Aggreko’s HSE Standards across sites and depots.
Deliver QHSE induction training to new hires and current employees.
Collaborate with project sites and depots to address QHSE-related issues.
Undertake any additional duties essential for the efficient operation of QHSE and operational services.
Continuously identify and implement improvements in partnership with Group HSE.
Develop and enforce policies and practices to identify and mitigate workplace and external environmental hazards.
Investigate accidents and environmental incidents, working with engineers, management, and regulatory authorities to determine causes and prevent recurrence.
Provide guidance and training on safety protocols and conduct audits to ensure compliance with organizational and governmental environmental health and safety standards.
Maintain positive relationships with the community, environmental groups, and other stakeholders affected by the organization’s environmental performance.
Manage and oversee energy management data.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or management.
At least 10 years of practical experience in a QHSE role within an international company.
NEBOSH International General Certificate or an equivalent internationally recognized HSE qualification.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Strong people management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective planning and organizational capabilities.
High attention to detail.
Proficient oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
