Days based role – Monday – Friday

 

Looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced manufacturing company? We are currently seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) team as a key member. As a QEHS Specialist, you will report directly to the QEHS Manager and play a vital role in driving the site's quality agenda, implementing new processes, and influencing positive change.

 

How will you make an impact?

Lead site and UK business initiatives to drive organizational success. Identify improvement opportunities through GAP analyses and implement strategic solutions. Ensure compliance with Arla Foods’ Food Safety, Quality, and QEHS systems, including audits and certifications. Champion continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies. Promote a strong quality culture, ensuring alignment with standards, policies, and customer expectations.

What will you need to succeed?

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical specialist or manager role within the FMCG industry. Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of establishing genuine and productive connections. Lead Auditor training would be preferred HACCP level 3 as a minimum is essential, but HACCP Level 4 would be preferred Ideally, a degree or equivalent qualification  within a food-related discipline. Demonstrated professional integrity and a passion for excellence. Proficiency in IT skills.
