**Job Description**

As a **QEHS Manager,** you will play a critical role in ensuring our operations deliver high-quality, compliant products efficiently and safely. You’ll be responsible for managing and continuously improving Quality and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) systems across the entire value chain — from our suppliers to our customers.
Last but not least, you will be the leader for the local onsite quality team, which means you will manage, coach and develop an agile and high performing quality team that meets agreed objectives; and you will ensure that cross-functional teams are formed for the review and resolution of non-conformance or non-compliance to standards and/or regulations as required.
As our Quality manager you will be based out of our plant in **Sofia** , Bulgaria.
**Job Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:**
+ Supporting manufacturing process in compliance with IATF 16949
+ Being responsible for department performance defined incoming, in process and final inspections
+ Working with production to improve their performance and optimize control resources
+ Being responsible for Laboratory and MTE verifications and calibrations
+ Facilitate IATF core tools compliance and cross functional revisions
+ Actively cooperating in cross-functional activities (NPD/NVC, cost down, change management including production relocations)
+ Achieving agreed targets, implementing corrective actions if necessary

We would like to see that you have a degree in the direction of Quality systems or Health and Safety related. Ideally you bring work experience in a similar position within a production environment. Additionally, it would be great if you had the following skills, knowledge, and certifications
+ Strong communicative skills, organized and well-structured approach towards tasks and responsibilities
+ Analytical fact-based approach to problem solving
+ Able to organize and maintain an overview of all relevant areas like safety, quality and environment
+ Have fluent (in word and writing) language skills for Bulgarian and English language
