Roles & Responsibilities:• Automation Specialist who writes automated test code as defined in specific project scope oninternal Client infrastructure and using internal Client tools appropriate to a specific Clientproject and product.• Automation tests tasks are designed and directed by the Client QA Lead per project scope.• Automation code writing, work closely with the QA team, product and engineering teams toidentify, prioritize and suggest automation code improvements• Review automation code and assure test effectiveness• Follow up on high-priority and blocking issues• Identify gaps, issues or other problems and alert QA team, product and engineering teams• Work very effectively with Client QA Lead and rest of the QA team• Follow up on important incremental changes and get it covered• Provide weekly reports on tasks executed• Able to work independently and can resolve issues without much guidanceMust Haves:• 3 years of experience in software engineering or testing experience in web and mobile• Familiarity with automation lifecycle, test methodology, test metrics and reporting mechanism• Experience in Programming Languages - JavaScript (ideally) or Python, PHP (Nice to have)• Experience working with Page Object Model (POM) and Payment/billing project (Nice to have)• Adoptable and ability to multi-task in continuously changing environment• Expertise in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills• Experience in CI/CD is added bonus• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or equivalentNice to have:C++ OR PHP experience
