Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a QE contractor in West Henrietta, New York. This long-term contract position involves overseeing the assembly and delivery of quarterly statement packages, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing within strict production timelines. The role requires proficiency in handling office equipment and coordinating tasks related to tax notices, employee forms, and various reports.
Responsibilities:
• Assemble quarterly statement packages according to client numbers, ensuring all components are accurate and complete.
• Prepare packages for delivery, adhering to established quality standards and production timelines.
• Handle tax notices, employee 1099 and W2 forms, and other miscellaneous reports as part of the package assembly process.
• Operate office equipment such as mail metering machines, shipping systems, PCs, and label printers to facilitate timely processing.
• Monitor and manage production workflows to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Maintain the organization and tracking of packages during the preparation and delivery phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with office equipment to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the processing and delivery stages.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
• Support additional administrative tasks as required to meet operational goals. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with office equipment such as PCs, label printers, and shipping systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while adhering to strict timelines.
• Basic knowledge of tax-related documents like 1099 and W2 forms is preferred.
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration and task coordination.
• Experience in quality control or production-related roles is a plus.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting minor equipment issues to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
