About MQC PCT MGR

Manage a team in Taiwan dedicated to improving processes through innovative studies and advanced environment control.

ResponsibilitiesLead the Process Contamination Team (PCT) to develop and implement strategies that improve process improvement.Engage early in the transfer process to identify and address potential contamination issues proactively.Foster team technical skills development through the TLP program, focusing on FEC & N2 system solutions.Follow departmental goals, company policies, and standards, setting performance targets for the team.Coordinate AMC monitoring and study, managing fab environments, equipment, materials, and personnel to mitigate AMC impacts.Manage and improve contamination margins, optimizing systemic processes.Provide strategic advice to managers and supervisors, ensuring the successful implementation of plans.Ensure the accurate, quality, and timely delivery of results, optimizing resource use.RequirementsProven engineering experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Dedication to safety and adherence to relevant policies.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
