**KOMAN Advantage, LLC.** is seeking an experienced **Quality Control Manager** (QCM) to oversee and ensure compliance on multiple Fire Alarm and Mass Notification System (MNS) upgrades at Fort Leavenworth, KS. This role will be responsible for managing the quality control program, inspections, submittals, testing, and commissioning activities to meet all contractual, code, and safety requirements.The QC Manager will play a critical role in verifying the installation, testing, and performance of fire alarm, fire suppression, and mass notification systems, ensuring adherence to NFPA 72, NFPA 70, NFPA 101, UFC, IBC, and UFGS standards. **Why join us?** + Competitive Salary: $100k-$125k + 401k with 4% Company Match + Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits + Employee and Family Assistance Program (EAP) + Short- and long-term disability + Health care and dependent care spending accounts + Paid Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays + Life insurance and more **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP) for multiple fire alarm and MNS projects. + Perform Preparatory, Initial, and Continuing Inspections in line with USACE standards to ensure all work complies with contract documents, codes, and standards. + Review and manage all submittals, shop drawings, design data, and test reports for compliance prior to Government approval. + Oversee testing and commissioning of fire alarm, suppression, and mass notification systems, including audibility/intelligibility verification and functional testing. + Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, system integration, and safety requirements as specified in the project scope. + Coordinate with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), subcontractors, and qualified fire protection engineers (QFPE). + Maintain daily QC reports and ensure timely correction of deficiencies. + Support Government final testing and acceptance, including documentation of test results, red-line drawings, and O&M manuals. **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Required: + Minimum 5 years’ experience as a QC Manager on federal construction projects. + Demonstrated experience with fire alarm systems, fire suppression, and mass notification systems. + Strong knowledge of NFPA, UFC, UFGS, NEC, and IBC standards and codes. + Ability to interpret and enforce contract specifications, drawings, and safety regulations (OSHA 29 CFR 1910/1926, EM385-1-1). + Excellent documentation, inspection, and communication skills. + Preferred: + Certification as a NICET Level III or IV in Fire Alarm Systems. + Prior experience with Army Corps of Engineers contracts. + Professional Engineering (PE) license in Fire Protection Engineering (desired but not required). _KOMAN is an Equal opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities_ _As a Federal Contract Employer, KOMAN Families of Companies follows Federal Laws as it pertains to drug testing.
