The QC Trainer is responsible for inspecting, testing, evaluating, and certifying products to ensure that they comply with their specifications. Train newly hired direct personnel in their assigned tasks within the production processes and update and keep track of training records of all production personnel.
This position reports to the Supervisor, Quality Assurance (Training) and is part of the Quality Department located in Tijuana, Mexico and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Performs technical and practical training of direct personnel and keep training records.Executes product inspection at all stages of the production process.Responsible for reviewing and verifying the line clearance process.The essential requirements of the job include:
6 Month experience as Mammotome employee or 1+ year experience as Trainer/QC Inspector for medical companies.Knowledge of Quality System and Good Manufacturing Practices.High School education (desired).Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
This role requires manual assembly work; thus, candidates must be physically capable of using their hands and wrists without limitations.Must have unimpaired vision to perform inspection and assembly tasks, with or without the use of corrective lenses.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
