Job Description

Eurofins PSS is seeking a QC Testing Specialist to support routine laboratory testing and help maintain a well-organized, compliant quality control (QC) environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoys working collaboratively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine testing of pharmaceutical samples using compendial methods (e.g., pH, osmolality, concentration, break-loose/extrusion force).Prepare standards and samples for analysis.Monitor and replenish lab reagents and solutions.Operate, calibrate, and maintain QC laboratory instruments.Document all work in accordance with GMP, GDP, and ALCOA+ principles.Follow standard operating procedures with precision and attention to detail.Collaborate effectively with peers and team leads in a multi-disciplinary environment.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field with 2–4 years of QC analytical experience, ORMaster’s degree in Chemistry or a related field with 0–1 years of QC analytical experience.Familiarity with GMP practices and laboratory documentation standards.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures to generate reproducible data.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.Ability to learn new techniques, multitask, and maintain accurate records.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented.Authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.

Additional Details: 

The position is full-time, first shift, Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm. Candidates must be flexible to adapt to schedule changes requiring shift changes and/or weekend work, and overtime may be required as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Andover, MA are encouraged to apply.
